Dosage and Directions for Use:

• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
• ADULTS: Take one sachet twice daily, once in the morning and once at night. A midday dose can be taken if needed. Empty the sachet into a tumbler, fill halfway with hot water, and stir. Add cold water to adjust temperature if necessary. Drink while it's still hot.
• Do not exceed 3 doses within a 24-hour period.
• Avoid continuous use for more than 10 days without consulting your doctor.
